Shang Palace Chinese Restaurant at Shangri-La Bangkok introduces a brand-new menu

created by our Executive Chinese Chef Tan Kwang Aik to bring gastronomes the

refined flavours of Cantonese cuisine. Showcasing many dishes from his new

inspirations, Chef Tan will delight Chinese food lovers with his take of traditional

Cantonese with a touch of modern flair.

Highly recommended dishes include Scallop Truffle, Slow-cooked Whole Grouper

Casserole, Oatmeal Prawn, Jasmine Tea Smoked Free Range Chicken, Onion Lobster

and many more. Prices start from THB 288++ per dish. Available daily for lunch

and dinner.
