Thailand is currently Canada's second- largest overall trading partner in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) region. Canada-Thailand bilateral merchandise reached $7.4 billion in 2025. Beyond trade volumes, Thailand is making bold commitments to sustainability, including goals for carbon neutrality by 2050 and net-zero emissions by 2065.
