About the Event
INTRODUCTION
CanCham’s Women in Leadership (WIL) 2025 event, in its 8th edition, will shine a spotlight on three women of impact who have addressed difficult issues, led direction shifts towards positive change, and influenced their respective fields.
Each speaker will discuss what drove her; how she accomplished her goals with purpose while staying authentic; and most importantly, how this could shape the next decade of women in leadership.
Believe, Achieve, Amplify 💫✨
This year, we gather under the dynamic theme of "Believe, Achieve, Amplify" where innovation fuels progress, inspiration sparks growth, and influence drives change. These three pillars capture the essence of what it means to be a woman in leadership. In a world rapidly evolving, where the landscape of leadership is continually reshaped, women stand at the forefront, embracing innovation, inspiring change, and wielding their influence to shape a brighter future.
Speakers
Ploenchan (Mook) Vinyaratan, Founder of Beyond Living. Khun Mook is an advocate and practitioner of sustainability in design. With roots in traditional Thai weaving, she breathes new life into forgotten materials—turning scraps into soulful narratives for clients including Louis Vuitton.
Kylie Ellis, Head of Production at M2 Animation. As the Chair of Women in Animation Vancouver, Kylie is on a mission to make space for underrepresented voices in the animation industry.
Rasmegh (Megha) Srisethi, Co-Founder and Managing Director of DeeMoney. As a co-founder of many digital ventures, Khun Megha has been a driver of Thailand’s digital evolution. She spoke on balancing ambition with inner-harmony and challenging inherited cultural norms at the 2024 Dragonfly H.E.A.L Summit.
