Service links Canada Inc. is immigration law consultancy !rm with over 17 years of experience assisting a diverse global clientele. We are headquartered in Vancouver, Canada with Asia offices in Bangkok, Thailand, Jakarta, Indonesia, and virtual office in HCMC, Vietnam.
At Service Links Canada, we practice various areas in Canadian immigration law. We deal in cases of permanent residence and serves clients in applying for program applications such as federal skilled worker (Express Entry), humanitarian and compassionate, provincial nominee programs, parental and spousal sponsorships, and other cases, which involve business workers. In addition, we give clients assistance with several types of work permits (open work permits, etc.), study permits, citizenship applications, PRRAs, and permits for temporary residency
such as super visa.
At all offices of Service Links in Canada and Thailand, our Staff speaks a variety of languages including English,
Thai, Cambodian, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Punjabi, Hindi, Urdu, Cantonese, Mandarin and Persian.
Parwinder Sadana is President of Service Links Canada Inc., and Director of Service Links Canada (Thailand)
Co. Ltd. He started his Immigration Consultancy practice in 2004 and completed his Immigration Practitioner Program at University of British Columbia in 2005 and become member of Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants (CSIC) in 2006, became a member of Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) in 2012 and now practicing as Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant, licensed by the College of Immigration & Citizenship Consultants (CICC) since 2022. He has been honored previously with a fellowship from The Canadian Migration Institute (CMI), which educates and accredits its members, advocates on immigration law and policy, and promotes consumer protection within the Immigration community. He holds Gold Member status of Canadian Association of Professional Consultants (CAPIC) and Commissioner of Oaths of British Columbia.
