• Extensive experience opening and renovating hotel operations in senior management roles as well as 7 years in corporate head office roles. 

• Specialized in studying market research, the competitive set and customer trends in order to develop innovative experiences in hospitality, focused on matching guest’s needs. 

• Passionate about the ever-evolving hotel industry and fascinated by its history and pedigree. 

• Designed and developed restaurant concepts for over 80 hotel projects, including more than 200 outlets, guiding a mixed group of professionals from millennials to retired consultants.
