Bangkok, April 2026 - Albricias, the celebrated Spanish restaurant at Chatrium Sathon Bangkok, invites guests to an extraordinary one-night-only culinary event uniting Michelin-starred Chef Manuel Alonso of Casa Manolo, Valencia, with Executive Chef Roberto Gonzalez of Albricias, Bangkok, on Friday, 1 May 2026, from 18.30 onwards at Albricias, 4th Floor, Chatrium Sathon Bangkok.

This rare collaboration brings together the refined coastal cooking of Valencia and the bold creative vision of Bangkok's most exciting Spanish kitchen. Together, the two chefs have crafted a shared 10-course tasting menu that celebrates the depth, soul, and diversity of Spanish cuisine in a single, unforgettable evening.
