Bangkok, Thailand, 17 February 2026 – Silver Waves by Boon introduces a thoughtfully curated Dim Sum Lunch Set, inviting guests to savour authentic Cantonese craftsmanship in an elegant midday setting.

Designed for both business and leisurely dining, the set offers a structured yet indulgent experience. Guests mayselect 4 dim sum favourites from a handcrafted selection of over 18 dishes, complemented by one soup, one seasonal vegetable with a choice of sauce, and one rice or noodle dish. The lunch includes Chinese tea or chrysanthemum tea and is available daily from 11.30 to 15.00.

The premium dim sum selection highlights refined techniques and balanced flavours. Signature examples include Har gao prawn and asparagus dumplings, crispy chicken and Chinese celery puff, steamed Chinese chive dumpling with chicken and crab, and glutinous rice with baked scallops and Parmesan cheese. Guests may begin with a comforting bowl of hot and sour chicken soup or opt for the vegetarian Xiangzhou-style hot and sour soup.

For the vegetable course, diners may select seasonal greens such as baby pak choi or kai lan, paired with ginger sauce, garlic sauce or salted fish sauce, allowing for a personalised balance of flavour. The experience concludes with a choice between lotus rice with dried scallops, dried shrimp, peanuts and lotus seeds, or wok-fried noodles with mixed mushrooms.

The menu reflects the vision of Michelin-starred Chef Ho Chee Boon, whose 35 years of global experience have shaped a refined interpretation of Cantonese cuisine. Supported by Chef Bend’s disciplined precision and Executive Dim Sum Chef Alex Mo’s mastery of traditional dough craftsmanship, the culinary team ensures each dish is executed with authenticity and contemporary finesse.
