It was an honoured to have H.E. Kallayana Vipattipumiprates, Thai Ambassador to Canada H.E. Dr. Sarah Taylor, Canadian Ambassador to Thailand, Laos, and Cambodia as our distinguished speakers for the opening session of the event.
