Bangkok, Thailand - The celebrated World Gourmet Festival returns to Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel from 29 September to 4 October, inviting guests to embark on an extraordinary culinary journey under this year’s theme, “The World of Flavours.”

Renowned as one of Asia’s premier gastronomic events, the festival will bring together an exceptional collective of internationally acclaimed chefs, regional talents, and leading local culinary figures. Complementing this global lineup, chefs from Anantara Siam Bangkok Hotel will also be featured across select experiences, adding further depth to the program.

This year’s theme highlights the richness of world cuisine, offering guests the opportunity to explore distinctive flavours, techniques, and cultural influences all in one destination.

The festival will feature an array of curated program of exclusive experiences, including:

  • Exclusive dining events led by globally acclaimed chefs.

  • Multi-chef collaborative tasting menus showcasing culinary artistry and innovation.

  • Interactive chef activations and live culinary showcases.

  • Curated afternoon tea experiences and an indulgent weekend brunch closing ceremony.

  • Engaging panel discussions featuring industry leaders and gastronomic visionaries.

  • Exclusive bar events, collaborations, and takeovers.

  • For the first time at the World Gourmet Festival, we are proud to introduce the Young Chef’s Award, an exciting new initiative dedicated to celebrating emerging local talent. The award will take the form of a competition, where young chefs will showcase their creativity, technique, and culinary vision to a distinguished panel of local and international judges.

Building on this momentum, last year’s triumphant 25th edition redefined Bangkok’s culinary scene with two vibrant gastro parties, thirteen solo dinners, eight collaborative experiences, bar takeovers, masterclasses, and

immersive food art. Bringing together nearly 30 Michelin stars, the festival welcomed world-renowned chefs including Eric Vildgaard, Dave Pynt, and Vaughan Mabee, alongside a dynamic lineup of performances and city-wide culinary experiences.

With more details to be revealed soon, the World Gourmet Festival continues to position Bangkok & the Anantara Siam as a hub for world-class dining and culinary experiences.

Save the date and prepare to experience “The World of Flavours.”
